Frequently Asked Questions…
1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your location and the product. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping options soon.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day returns on most items. To qualify, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, email us at urbanhausoftech@gmail.com with your order number.
5. What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at urbanhausoftech@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or defective item, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Are your products covered by a warranty?
Some items include a manufacturer warranty (this will be noted on the product page if available). For other items, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this, your order may already be processed for shipping and cannot be canceled.
8. Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We often run promotions. Sign up for our newsletter on the homepage to receive exclusive deals and early access to new arrivals.
